Delivery

  • How much is delivery?

    We offer free UK delivery as standard on all of our items. There is also the option to pay extra for a rush fee on some items. Please see the delivery drop down menu visible on each product page for all available options on that item.

  • What are your delivery times?

    Delivery times are shown on each product page. They can vary per product & per workshop & may increase during peak times. We cannot give exact delivery dates but you will be notified via Email once your order has been dispatched.

    Delivery times will be shown at checkout under each product & on your order confirmation email. These are an estimated time in which the item should reach you by. We cannot be held responsible for any courier delays but always aim to have your order delivered within the times stated.

    *Please note: Working days do not include weekends.

    Some of our most popular items are dispatched in batch dates so please check the delivery options when ordering.

  • Can I amend my order?

    Unfortunately, due to the nature of handmade gifts, once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. You are asked to confirm your personalisations & order details by ticking a box when you checkout.

  • Can I track my order?

    We currently do not offer a tracking service however, you will be kept up to date with the status of your order via Email updates.

  • Where is my item?

    Please note all delivery times are on the product when ordering. Due to the nature of the items we sell, they can take time as they are hand made to order & personalised to each customer. Please allow the maximum amount of delivery times stated before contacting us for order updates. All order status updates will be emailed to you & you will be notified via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

  • How will I know when my item has been dispatched?

    You will receive a confirmation Email as soon as your items have been dispatched. Please note, if you have ordered multiple items they may be from different workshops & can arrive separately. If you have registered when placing your order then you can login to check the status of your order.

  • What happens if I miss my delivery?

    If you miss your scheduled delivery the courier should leave a ‘sorry we missed you’ card. You will then be able to arrange a re-delivery or collection from your local sorting office. We use a range of couriers so these options may vary. If a re-delivery or collection is not arranged then your item will be sent back to the workshop, usually after 1 week. We reserve the right to charge you for a re-delivery.

  • Where do you deliver to?

    We offer standard free delivery anywhere in the UK. On some items there is options for delivery outside of the UK. Please see the delivery drop down menu visible on each product page.

Payments

  • What form of payments do you accept?

    Love Unique Personal currently accepts PayPal, Debit Cards & Credit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders over the phone.

Returns

  • Can I return my item?

    Unfortunately, due to the nature of personalised products all of our items are non-refundable. If the item has arrived damaged or incorrect then we will replace the item as long as we are at fault. Any damages/errors must be reported within 10 working days of the item being dispatched. Please send us an email including a picture of the fault to support@love-up.co.uk.
