We offer free UK delivery as standard on all of our items so there’s no nasty surprises at the checkout. There is also the option to pay extra for express delivery on some products, ideal for when you’ve left things a little last minute, you can see our next day delivery gifts here! Worldwide delivery is also available on a number of items.
Every item is handmade to your requirements. Due to the nature of personalised gifts, they do take a little longer than something that’s sitting on the shelf ready to go! We do advise ordering as early as possible for upcoming occasions to ensure it arrives in plenty of time.
Most of our ‘workshops’ are small family businesses. At busy times they work long hours to ensure your gifts arrive in time for that special occasion. Thank you for shopping small & helping support someone’s dream!
Free UK Delivery
Once your item has been personalised & packed with love, it’s time for it to be dispatched to you. Our gifts are made by small workshops/suppliers all over the UK. They use a variety of couriers so delivery times may vary depending on which product you’ve ordered. If you have ordered multiple items on one order, they may arrive at different times.
Please note that if items are returned to us by the courier due to them not being collected, we ask that the customer covers the cost of re-delivery.
Most of our items are dispatched within 1-7 working days. This can increase at busy times of the year such as Christmas. On some items you will have the option to upgrade from free standard delivery to a faster service, ideal if you’ve left things a little last minute! This will be shown when ordering but any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us!
All delivery times will be shown when ordering & you must tick the box at checkout to say you’ve agreed to them when ordering. All delivery times are an estimate & items are made to reach you on or before the maximum delivery times stated on the product. However, Love Unique Personal cannot be held responsible for orders that may arrive later than the estimated delivery times. Refunds or compensation are not given if an item is delayed.
Any late deliveries must be reported within 14 days of your dispatch/order complete email as following this time we may not be able to trace them.
We recommend ordering in plenty of time if the item is a gift for an occasion to allow for any unforeseen courier or other delays.
