*COVID-19 Update*

Many of our couriers have increased delivery times due to the current situation. Unfortunately, this has also affected our own deliveries from our suppliers. Please bear this in mind before contacting us for an update on your order. We are also working with skeleton staff during this period so please allow 24-48 hours (weekdays) for a response. Thank you for your patience during this difficult time.

Before contacting us, Please check your Estimated Delivery Times for each item which can be found next to each product in your order confirmation email. Most delivery times are working days which do not include weekends or bank holidays – please check this has passed before contacting us. If your estimated delivery times haven’t passed, we won’t be able to provide any update on your order.

Please note: Each item received from a different ‘workshop’ will have different delivery times and may arrive in a number of deliveries.
